How long does shipping take for a new Onewheel?

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location and the selected shipping method at checkout.

What is your return policy for boards and accessories?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. Please note that once a board has been ridden, it is no longer eligible for a standard return.

Do Onewheel products come with a warranty?

Yes, every Onewheel comes with a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. The core components like the motor and battery are covered for one year or 2,000 kilometers, whichever comes first.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. We also offer financing options through Klarna and Affirm so you can pay for your board over time.

Can I fly with my Onewheel?

The Onewheel Pint is generally compliant with airline regulations regarding battery size (147Wh), but you must always check with your specific airline first. The Onewheel GT and XR models exceed the limit for commercial flights.

Where can I get my board serviced?

For official repairs, you can initiate a service request through our website. We will provide a shipping label to send your board to our California-based factory for professional maintenance.
