We want you to love your ride, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Onewheel or accessories in new, unused condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to board returns and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Securely pack your items in their original factory packaging, ensuring all manuals, chargers, and components are included to avoid additional fees.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned gear for original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
